In this role, you’ll work closely with retail managers and brand teams to develop and implement effective merchandising strategies. You’ll use tools like POS systems, retail analytics software, and digital merchandising platforms to optimize product placement and drive sales. With a strong focus on consumer behavior and market trends, you’ll ensure that our tobacco products are displayed in a way that maximizes appeal and engagement. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of Rp 4,200,000 - Rp 6,300,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales for tobacco products.
• Conduct regular retail audits and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with retail managers and brand teams to ensure consistent merchandising standards across all locations.
• Use POS systems and retail analytics software to optimize product placement and inventory management.
• Train and mentor retail staff on best practices in merchandising and customer service.
• Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to inform merchandising decisions.
• Ensure compliance with retail regulations and company policies.
• Participate in promotional activities and events to boost brand awareness and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail merchandising, preferably in the tobacco or FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales forecasting, and customer service.
• Proficient in using retail software and tools such as POS systems, retail analytics software, and digital merchandising platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with the tobacco industry and its regulatory environment.
• Ability to travel to different retail locations across Bali as needed.
