📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of entertainment venues, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement entertainment programs that align with the resort's mission and guest preferences.
• Manage a team of entertainment staff, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with vendors and performers to book acts, manage contracts, and ensure timely payments.
• Monitor performance metrics and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize budgets.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during events, ensuring smooth operations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote entertainment events and attract a diverse audience.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance the entertainment experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Entertainment Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in entertainment operations, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting.
• Proven track record of managing teams and budgets effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with vendors and performers.
• Proficiency in using entertainment management software such as Eventbrite, Ticketmaster, or similar platforms.
• Certification in hospitality or entertainment management is a plus.
