📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide professional pharmaceutical advice to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently, adhering to all regulatory guidelines.
• Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are optimized to meet customer demand.
• Conduct regular stock checks and reorder supplies as needed.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of vaccines and other medical treatments.
• Promote health and wellness initiatives within the store.
• Ensure compliance with all pharmaceutical regulations and company policies.
• Train and mentor junior staff members to maintain high standards of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting.
• Professional certification from a recognized pharmaceutical board (e.g., SIPA Indonesia).
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proficiency in using pharmacy management software (e.g., Watsons Pharmacy System).
• Familiarity with health and beauty products and services.
