• Provide high-quality massage and facial treatments using techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai, and other specialized methods.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans for each guest based on their specific needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
• Assist with the daily operations of the spa, including guest check-ins, scheduling appointments, and handling customer inquiries.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the spa and wellness industry, and continuously seek opportunities for professional development.
• Promote the spa's services and products to guests and potential clients, contributing to the overall revenue of the retreat.
• Collaborate with the spa manager and other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, and maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist or Facial Specialist, with a strong portfolio of work.
• A valid and current massage therapy or facial specialist license from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, as it is the primary language used in the spa.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and appointments efficiently.
