📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end human capital processes including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Administration of payroll using SAP and HRMS systems.
• Oversee employee facilities and office maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Lead and mentor a team of HR and GA professionals.
• Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and improve workplace morale.
• Manage employee benefits and wellness programs.
• Conduct regular audits of HR and GA processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and GA management, preferably in an agribusiness or manufacturing environment.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP and HRMS systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
