Key Responsibilities:

• Assist sales associates in providing exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences.
• Handle customer inquiries and assist with product recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail space, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and assisting with inventory management.
• Support the sales team by processing transactions using POS systems like Shopify or LightSpeed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
• Assist with store events, promotions, and special sales to enhance the customer experience.
• Stay updated on new arrivals and trends to provide accurate information to customers.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in a luxury or fashion retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Shopify or LightSpeed is a plus.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Fluent in English, with basic knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia.
