In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. You will work closely with our development teams to understand their needs and provide the necessary support and guidance. Additionally, you will be involved in capacity planning, disaster recovery, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure to support QBE Insurance's business operations.
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of our IT systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand their needs and provide necessary support and guidance.
• Conduct capacity planning and ensure we have the right resources to meet our business needs.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
• Monitor and maintain our IT infrastructure using tools like Nagios, Zabbix, and Prometheus.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a strong background in networking, storage, and virtualization.
• Certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CCNP, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate are a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
