📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain data models and dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to visualize energy consumption patterns and trends.
• Analyze large datasets from renewable energy projects, power plants, and grid networks to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Create predictive models to forecast energy demand and optimize resource allocation, reducing costs and enhancing sustainability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to translate data insights into strategic recommendations and actionable plans.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to energy efficiency and sustainability, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in energy analytics and data visualization, applying new techniques to enhance our analytical capabilities.
• Participate in cross-functional projects, contributing to the development of data-driven solutions that support the company’s strategic goals.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, safeguarding sensitive information throughout the analytics process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Energy Engineering, Statistics, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in energy analytics, with a strong background in data modeling, visualization, and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in using Power BI, Tableau, and SQL for data analysis and visualization.
• Certifications in energy analytics or data science are a plus, such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Tableau Desktop Specialist.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
