📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide high-quality accounting services to our clients, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax preparation.
• Work closely with our team of experts to ensure that our clients' financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with Indonesian accounting standards.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Prepare and file tax returns for our clients, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets for our clients.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to our clients, helping them to understand and interpret their financial information.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities, including training and mentorship opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting outsourcing or a similar role.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software, including QuickBooks, Xero, and SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional certification in accounting, such as CPA or ACCA, is a plus.
