📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows in GoHighLevel, including email sequences, SMS campaigns, and appointment scheduling.
• Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and customer experience, using tools like Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), and other automation software.
• Provide training and support to clients on using GoHighLevel workflows, ensuring seamless adoption and integration.
• Monitor and analyze workflow performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align workflows with business objectives and client needs.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in workflow automation and digital marketing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflow automation, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
• Document workflow processes and create comprehensive guides for future reference and client education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in workflow automation, preferably with GoHighLevel.
• Proficient in using GoHighLevel, including its workflow builder, email/SMS tools, and reporting features.
• Familiarity with other automation tools like Zapier, Make (formerly Integromat), and CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support clients effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in digital marketing or project management is a plus.
