Sari Rasa Group is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior PPIC Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the production planning and inventory control processes to ensure smooth operations and meet customer demands. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in F&B industry and a passion for improving efficiency and productivity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and forecasts to ensure optimal use of resources and meet customer demands.,Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocks, ensuring efficient use of warehouse space.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, purchasing, and sales, to ensure smooth operations and meet business objectives.,Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on production performance and inventory levels.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence and achieve company goals.,Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge in PPIC processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum 5 years of experience in PPIC or related roles in the F&B industry.,Strong knowledge of production planning and inventory control systems, including MRP, ERP, and WMS.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
