📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.,Reviewing financial statements, internal controls, and operational procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Identifying areas of risk and recommending corrective actions to senior management.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, including recommendations for improvement.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Providing guidance and training to junior auditors and staff on internal control and compliance matters.,Collaborating with external auditors and other stakeholders to ensure the integrity of financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with the last 3 years in a senior capacity.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
