📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order processing, and shipping.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt and handling of goods.
• Manage transportation logistics, including freight planning, carrier selection, and delivery coordination.
• Implement and monitor inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Analyze distribution data to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure and efficient warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes and improve overall performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and distribution management.
• Proven track record in managing warehouse operations and distribution networks.
• Strong knowledge of logistics software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Certification in logistics management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
