📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading and managing a team of store managers to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.
• Overseeing the daily operations of the stores, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.
• Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures to maintain store standards.
• Conducting regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
• Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Providing regular reports to senior management on store performance and sales data.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure that all stores are meeting their sales and customer service targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading a team of store managers.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales tracking, and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with retail software and systems, such as POS, inventory management, and CRM systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
