📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control process to ensure products meet the highest standards.,Conduct regular quality inspections and audits.,Develop and implement quality improvement plans.,Train and mentor QC staff.,Collaborate with the production team to address quality issues.,Maintain and update quality control documentation.,Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.,Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.,Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
