📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and digital advertising.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize results.,Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth.,Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices to ensure our strategies are effective and competitive.,Manage the marketing budget and ensure it is allocated efficiently to achieve the best possible results.,Lead and mentor junior marketing team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop their skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign management.,Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.,Strong knowledge of marketing tools and technologies, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.,Creative and innovative thinker, with the ability to develop fresh and engaging marketing ideas.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetun is a plus.
