📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design customized learning solutions for employees at all levels.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and coaching to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to integrate learning and development initiatives into the company's culture.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide leadership and mentorship to the Learning and Development team.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of learning theories, instructional design, and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
