Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze and optimize sales and service processes using data-driven insights and industry best practices.
• Manage and monitor KPIs to ensure operational targets are met and exceeded.
• Develop and implement process improvements and workflow enhancements using tools like Salesforce and SAP.
• Collaborate with the Logistics and Operations teams to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of services.
• Provide training and support to team members to enhance their operational skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, service, logistics, or operations management in a healthcare or service-oriented environment.
• Proven experience in process optimization and operational excellence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or similar CRM and ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
