📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise a team of Individual Financing Officers (IFO) to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement financing strategies aligned with BTPN Syariah's business goals and sharia principles.
• Evaluate and approve loan applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their financial needs are met.
• Conduct regular training and development sessions for the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Represent BTPN Syariah at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in individual financing or a similar role in the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of Islamic banking principles and sharia-compliant financial products.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving financial performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and financial software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Certification in Islamic Finance (e.g., CIB, CFP, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
