📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect and test completed projects to ensure they meet quality standards.,Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.,Manage and mentor a team of site engineers and technicians.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.,Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or a related role.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.,Proficient in using engineering software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards is a plus.
