📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation programs.,Facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.,Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
