📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Address employee concerns and conflicts, promoting a positive work environment.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs for employees.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure that HR initiatives align with business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a logistics or delivery service company.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
