📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and well-cared for.
• Work closely with the culinary team to maintain high standards of food and beverage presentation.
• Handle cash transactions and manage guest payments accurately.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospitality or F&B role, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, French, or German) a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg) as needed.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
