• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of comfort and efficiency.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to maintain high standards of service and functionality.
• Manage workflows and track maintenance requests using industry-standard tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with cleaning services, security, and other vendors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Develop and implement facility management strategies to optimize resource usage and reduce costs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve facility management processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a hospitality or commercial setting.
• Proven experience with facility management software such as ServiceNow and Jira.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively.
• Certification in facilities management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
