📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize end-to-end export and import processes, including documentation, shipping, and customs clearance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs laws.
• Analyze market trends and opportunities to drive business growth and expansion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of trade operations.
• Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in international trade.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in export-import operations, with a proven track record in managing international trade.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with trade software and systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Leadership and mentorship experience, with the ability to guide and develop junior team members.
