In this role, you will perform a variety of dental procedures, from routine cleanings to complex restorations, using advanced dental equipment such as digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, and CAD/CAM technology. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including cleanings, fillings, crowns, bridges, and dental implants, using state-of-the-art dental equipment.
• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment.
• Collaborate with the dental team to develop and implement patient treatment plans, tailored to each individual's needs.
• Maintain and update patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes, using electronic health record systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest dental technologies, techniques, and best practices through continued education and training.
• Assist in the supervision and mentoring of new dental professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Participate in clinic operations, including scheduling appointments, inventory management, and clinic maintenance.
• Promote the clinic's services and build relationships with patients, referring physicians, and the local community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery (S1 S1) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in general dentistry, with a strong background in both clinical and administrative aspects of dental practice.
• Certification as a General Dentist from the Indonesian Dental Association (IDI) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in using advanced dental equipment, including digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, and CAD/CAM technology.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and explain complex dental procedures in a clear and understandable manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple patient cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest dental technologies and techniques.
