📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of bubble teas and other beverages with precision and creativity.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests and addressing their needs with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and equipment maintenance.
• Stay up-to-date with menu offerings and new products, and be willing to learn and adapt to changes.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a barista or customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products and services.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic beverage preparation techniques and equipment, such as espresso machines, blenders, and milk frothers.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.
