📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the facility.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Monitor and report on branch performance metrics.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure consistency with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
