📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory, staffing, and scheduling.,Oversee daily store activities to ensure high levels of customer service and sales.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they meet company standards.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and POS systems.,Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good understanding of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
