📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage defense and infrastructure projects from inception to completion.,Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Conduct cost analysis and prepare cost estimates for project proposals.,Monitor project budgets and prepare regular progress reports.,Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Prepare and submit tender documents, including bills of quantities and cost plans.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide guidance and support to junior quantity surveyors and project teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 5 years in defense and infrastructure projects.,Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.,Strong knowledge of cost management principles and practices.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for quantity surveying and project management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
