📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signs.,Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.,Monitor and maintain patient records and documentation.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Assist in the training and supervision of junior nursing staff.,Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Certification from a recognized nursing board (e.g., BNSP for Indonesia).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Proven track record of providing excellent patient care and outcomes.
