Oversee the day-to-day logistics operations and ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.,Manage a team of logistics coordinators and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets and deliver high-quality work.,Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and customers.,Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other professional development opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related field.,Proven track record of managing logistics teams and operations.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, including ERP, WMS, and TMS systems.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
