DASH Lestari is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Civil Engineer to join our team in Tenggarong, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects. You will work closely with our project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design, planning, and execution of civil engineering projects.,Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.,Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure project compliance.,Manage and mentor a team of civil engineers and support staff.,Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.,Professional engineering license in Indonesia.,Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and regulations.,Experience with project management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
