📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.,Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and financial activities.,Assist in inventory management by updating stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the clinic staff to ensure smooth operations and customer service.,Follow all company policies and procedures related to financial transactions and customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of financial transactions and accounting principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic office software.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in customer service or healthcare administration are a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Willingness to work in a hybrid model, combining in-office and remote work.
