In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions when necessary.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues and concerns.,Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Bahasa Indonesia and English language skills are required.
