📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers at the reception area with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct customer inquiries to the appropriate department.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer visits and interactions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.,Assist in organizing and conducting meetings, appointments, and events as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
