Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic planning and execution of high-profile corporate, luxury, and destination events.
• Develop and implement event management strategies that align with client objectives and industry trends.
• Oversee vendor negotiations and partnerships to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Evaluate event performance and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in event management.
• Mentor and develop the skills of junior event consultants within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in event planning and management, with a proven track record of success in high-end corporate and luxury events.
• Proven expertise in using event management software like Cvent and Eventbrite.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, vendor management, and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in event management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
